Internship in the Westminster office of Graham Evans MP, Member of Parliament for Weaver Vale. Part-time, although some flexibility is possible.

The placement will involve:

• Sorting incoming post and correspondence
• Data entry
• Drafting responses to constituents on political issues
• Research on issues raised in constituents’ correspondence

Applicant requirements;

• Strong sympathy with Conservative principles
• Politically aware, with a firm grasp of current political issues
• Bright and hardworking
• IT literate (e.g. able to use spreadsheets, set up mail merges, etc.)
• Excellent written communication skills

The placement is envisaged to run until June and is ideal for undergraduate students, studying full-time.
