Ben Gummer is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic  Campaign Manager to co-ordinate and oversee long-term constituency campaigning and related projects. The successful candidate will be highly organised and have excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Responsibilities will include: 

- Working with the Member of Parliament to define and manage the overall project plan for local campaigns and elections.

- Overall campaign management, delivery network management.

- Managing campaign fundraising activities.

- Writing monthly campaign reports and plans.

- Co-ordinating website maintenance.

- Overseeing local Conservative Future activities.

- E-campaigning and organising telephone canvassing.

- Creating canvass plan and co-ordinating canvassing sessions.

- Creating activist events plan and overseeing its execution.

- Creating fundraising plan and overseeing its implementation.

- Co-ordinating membership drives.

- Maintaining a database of activists and other electoral databases. 

The successful candidate will spend several months training in London before starting full-time work in Ipswich.

Upon appointment you will be required to comply with the Baseline Personnel Security Standard, undertaken by the Members’ Staff Verification Office (MSVO). See Members’ Staff Verification Office (MSVO) page for further info. MPs generally pay staff in accordance with IPSA guidelines.
