Basic Function:
The incumbent is a Temporary Consulat Clerk in a small post. Incumbent will be one of a team of five staff providing assistance throughout the consulat section.
The incumbent will be assigned to assist the permanent staff with routine case processing and other clerical duties. Professional presentation, courtesy and manner are critical to ensure visitors to the Consulate gain a favorable impression of our operation and receive appropriate assistance. Incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the consular section. Assignments will primarily involve processing routine passport and visa applications.
This is a fixed-term appointment until September 30, 2012. The position is anticipated to commence in April/May 2012.
