OBJECTIVES
To help the Direct Marketing improve their donors’ supporter journey by telephoning all new donors and thanking them for their support.
To assist the DM team in their work.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have a great telephone manner and be happy to make calls to donors using script provided.
