The Brilliant Club is an award winning charity that exists to widen access to highly selective universities by recruiting, training and placing PhD students in low participation schools to deliver university-style teaching and learning to small groups of high performing pupils. In doing so, we aim to equip pupils with the skills, information and confidence that helps them to secure places at highly selective universities.

In order to support our growth over the next school year, including doubling the number of pupils that we work with and expanding our provision to regions outside London, we are recruiting an outstanding Programme Director to join our team on a full-time basis, starting on Monday 3rd September.

Reporting to the Strategy Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overseeing the development and the delivery of our provision, including PhD placements, trips, events and conferences, as well as managing the monitoring and evaluation process. They will also be responsible for managing the PhD student application process and overseeing the assessment of potential tutors.

We believe that this is a great opportunity for an outstanding person with drive, initiative and resilience to join a rapidly growing organisation. Having real responsibilities from day one, we intend that they will develop and grow as the charity develops and grows.
