Job Details

The Social Mobility Foundation is a small, dynamic charity that aims to help young people from low-income backgrounds enter universities and professions.

The next 3 months are a very busy period for the SMF, in which we are coordinating a number of large projects, including our Internship Programme, Speaker's Parliamentary Placements Scheme, Whitehall Social Mobility Internship Programme and J P Morgan Programme.

We are currently seeking an administrative intern to provide support across the projects we are running. Duties are likely to include liaison with students and supporters, data entry, data collation, assistance with event organisation and delivery, photocopying/filing, etc.

The successful candidate will be hard-working, efficient and well-suited to working in a small team. They will also be adaptable and keen to gain experience of the workings of a growing charity.

Closing Date: 19 July 2012

Interview/Start Dates

Interviews are likely to take place on the 23rd or 24th July and the successful candidate will start as soon as possible thereafter.
