This is a key post within a small policy and communications team. The purposes of the job are:

• To support the provision of high quality policy information and analysis to members and other voluntary organisations that work with children, young people and families on the issues that matter most to them
• To contribute to horizon scanning and ensuring that Children England is well equipped to influence policy-makers, politicians, the media and opinion formers
• To provide administrative support to the Policy Manager and other members of staff as required
• To help identify ways of engaging more effectively with members on policy issues

The post requires a politically aware graduate who is an enthusiastic and creative thinker and who will contribute actively to the achievement of Children England’s strategic goals.
