Full-time Economic Policy Researcher required to assist with work on the Commons Treasury Select Committee of David Ruffley MP (Bury St Edmunds, Conservative) from spring/summer 2013.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
- Research into specific projects on tax, spending and financial services
- Briefing on general economic policy matters
Person Specification:
- Degree level qualification
- Must have a very strong work ethic
Upon appointment you will be required to apply for security clearance, undertaken by the Security Vetting and Pass Office. See Members’ Staff Security Clearance page for further info. MPs generally pay staff in accordance with IPSA guidelines.
