Liberal Democrat HQ is delighted to be launching its new paid Internship Scheme for 2013.

Throughout the year the Party will be offering eight paid internships. Each placement lasting for 12 weeks.

Our internships are particularly aimed at those who have completed full-time education and are starting their career or looking to change career direction.

There will be two types of internship offered:

• Campaigns and Elections: For those who want to get involved with active campaigning. The internship will involve supporting our seat development programme, working with activists on the ground and supporting candidate selection. The placement may incorporate hands-on experience in the field as well as work at LDHQ.

• Political Communications: These will involve work experience in strategic research, polling, press, policy and campaign messaging.

Placement Period 3 (1 July to 20 September 2013).
Deadline for Applications: 9am, 10 June 2013.
Interviews will be held in the week of 17 June 2013.
