The RSA is an enlightenment organisation committed to finding innovative practical solutions to today’s social challenges. The RSA has a clear ambition - to be a force for social good globally. In this exciting role, you will report to the Director of RSA International, and assist with leading the strategic, business and operational development of the RSA’s international presence. You will be involved in all aspects of the RSA’s international activities across the various departments and networks, in order to keep up current momentum, build on successes, scale up existing projects, get new projects off the ground, and get media attention for the RSA’s international work.
We are looking for a candidate with an excellent analytical mind paired with strong communicative and operational skills, and a results-driven, hands-on personality. You will have experience of research, particularly putting together first-rate analyses, memos, presentations and pitches, for internal as much as external purposes. A proven track record of organising international events and conferences, as well as involvement in successful funding pitches on international and/or EU level would be an advantage.
