EUROSIF, the European Sustainable Investment Forum, is the leading pan-European sustainable investment membership association.

We are seeking a Head of EU Policy and Research.

The responsibilities include:

Assist ED with public policy activities (drafting positions, briefings, consulting members). Oversee Eurosif’s research program. Liaise with Communications department on content.

EU Policy (60%-70% of work time)

Monitor legislative developments in key policy areas of interest to Eurosif. Assist ED in developing advocacy strategy. Draft policy positions in consultation with internal stakeholders. Prepare policy briefings and support meeting preparation. Participate at EU policy meetings and events. Keep current with EU policy agenda and priorities. Build relationships with Brussels stakeholders and European members. Contribute to Eurosif Policy newsletter and policy webcasts with members. Provide direction to an intern to support policy work.

Research and projects (40%-30% of work time)

Assist ED with research planning and project design/methodology. Project manage research projects, incl budget control, liaison with members. Coordinate working groups/taskforces. Assist ED in preparing presentations. Liaise with Communications Manager to generate content.

Keep current with key SRI market developments. Contribute to research produced by the Global Sustainable Investment Alliance, of which Eurosif is a member of. Support the development of the European SRI Transparency Code. Other ad-hoc projects and duties.
