Location: Marylebone, London W1.
A fast-growing communications consultancy specialising in healthcare is seeking a graduate or undergraduate now completing their final year for a paid month-long internship, with a view to a full-time appointment as Assistant Account Executive on a starting salary of £19,000. Excellent prospects for advancement.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2.1 degree (or predicted), enthusiasm and a passion for science and health.
Experience & Competencies
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Interest and enthusiasm for science and the health sector
• Proven organisational skills
• Command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Team player
• Ability to build relationships
Some previous experience in communications and/or the health sector is desirable.
Responsibilities
• Manage media lists and contacts
• Monitor the media for client announcements
• Keep client presentation materials and any case studies up-to-date
• Undertake initial research to inform strategy
• Write copy for websites newsletters and press releases
• Attend client meetings and team training sessions
Interviews will be held w/c 15th July 2013.
Start date 29th July.
