Job Details
Ubiqus provides market-leading meeting and document services to more than 10,000 clients in the government, corporate, and legal sectors.
We are currently seeking a production coordinator to join our busy and vibrant planning team. The planning team is the hub of our business, directly responsible for the delivery, quality and cost of our meeting services.
The production coordinator will be responsible for managing the provision of transcription services to our legal and public sector clients. The role primarily involves assigning writers to produce verbatim transcripts of meetings and events (predominantly legal and regulatory hearings) and ensuring budgetary requirements are met. The coordinator will also work with our editing team to ensure transcripts are produced and delivered to the highest quality.
The production coordinator is responsible for assigning loggers to a range of hearings. Loggers attend hearings to take an audio recording and chronological log of proceedings, which is held by Ubiqus until such a time that a transcript is required.
This person will also be jointly responsible for the recruitment, training and development of writers and loggers.
More information on our document and meeting services can be found at www.ubiqus.co.uk.
