Job Details
This September, Cancer Research UK is offering several internships within our policy team.
Our 3-month long, project based internship scheme ensures all interns can make a real impact, whilst developing their skills in the context of one of the UK’s leading charities. Our scheme is consistently recognised as sector-leading, with the National Council for Work Experience this year awarding us the ‘Best Charity Sector Internship’ award, and Rate My Placement rating us in their Top 50 Internships for 2012; one of only two charity sector schemes to have made it into the charts.
Whether you are a graduate, undergraduate or someone who is looking to change career paths, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience of the charity sector. Although the internships are voluntary placements and therefore unpaid, travel and lunch expenses will be reimbursed. We will also provide you with training to enhance your own personal development, as well as advice on how to get a job within the charity sector.
