An intern is required for the charity Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) for 2 months and up to 35hrs a week. Not exclusively for students but students and recent graduates may find this post useful.

Smoking is still the biggest preventable cause of death and disease in the UK and accounts for half the difference in life expectancy between the richest and poorest in society.

ASH’s work touches on a wide range of disciplines - including film, marketing, tax, economics, law, politics, media, statistics, addiction and its treatment, and medical conditions from cot death to cancer.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- A keen interest in politics and health policy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong administration and IT skills.

Interview/Start Dates

Interviews will be carried out on 18th July and a starting on Monday 22nd July.
