We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic hard-working person who is interested in pursuing a career in research or communications. The role will involve providing logistical and administrative support for discrete research projects alongside conducting a small amount of the research and analysis involved in our projects.

About you…

Essential:

  1. You have an excellent academic record.
  2. You have graduated or completed postgraduate studies in the last two years.
  3. You have taken an interest in extracurricular activities outside your studies and paid employment to date.
  4. You can use MS Power Point, Word and Excel to a high degree of proficiency.
  5. You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  6. You are willing to work flexibly, including evenings.
  7. You must be legally entitled to work in the UK.

Desirable:

  1. You have completed a research methods module as part of your undergraduate degree course or postgraduate studies.
  2. You have some experience of conducting research using qualitative and/or quantitative methods (including in an academic context).

The start date is Monday 2nd September 2013 (with some flexibility).
