The Institute of Opinion is a non-partisan, grassroots blog that has recently celebrated its 1st birthday. Dedicated to providing political and economic analysis and opinion on the latest issues and news stories, it provides a platform for young people to state their views and get a grounding in political journalism. The website currently receives up to 4,000 unique readers per week.
Institute of Opinion has recently relaunched, and we are looking for contributors from across the political spectrum, of any age or experience. Ideally, we are looking for people who can contribute articles regularly (1 per week). However, this is a voluntary role and so there is no pressure on you to contribute to set deadlines or timescales.

The role being advertised is a voluntary one. As such, there are no set hours and responsibilities and you should be free to come and go as you wish. If the post demands set hours and/or has a specific job description you may be deemed to be a ‘worker’ and be covered by National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage legislation.
