Join Catch22 as an Administrator and provide vital administrative support to our Bidding and Solutions Team and Marketing and Partnerships Team within our Head Office.

As Administrator you will:

Administer and keep record of all bids, tenders and proposals coming into the organisation. Regularly update and support the use of the Catch22 Customer Relationship Management system. Prepare and submit public sector/statutory pre-qualification questionnaires. Manage and edit correspondence, communications and presentations, as well as draft meeting agendas.

As Administrator you will need:

Administrative experience gained working within an office environment. To be competent in Microsoft Office including Excel and the ability to take minutes. Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. To be a problem solver with an attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills.
