The Company

A leading provider of services to the media and press relations industry are entering the world of Public Affairs with a new approach to Political Monitoring.

The Role

This role will act as the keystone position within the organisation using your knowledge and business acumen to create from the bottom up a fully market leading service. The foundation for this service have been put into place and now the services and now required building from the ground up.

The role will require the managing and leading of new profit centre. Developing a product portfolio of complimentary services across the public affairs sector. Lead a team of two staff, recruit further team members and mentor and develop staff as the team grows and progresses.

The Candidate

The candidate will be Hungry to take a proactive leadership position with the burden of burearacy that comes with working at larger organisation. You will have a drive and passion for delivering excellent client services and will be hungry for the challenge that this opportunity resents.

You will be comfortable with commercial conversations, have strong political instincts and will have the ability to lead a team of two in the first instance that will grow overtime.

The remuneration package is designed to attract the best candidates and comes with a strong base salary plus a bonus scheme that measures success based on business objectives.
