Policy Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our nation’s veterans and military personnel are treated.

You will be responsible for shaping policy in a wide range of policy areas: including compensation, social security, immigration and citizenship issues, and housing. Our team has won policy reforms worth millions of pounds for wounded veterans – please apply if you’d like to join us.

You will have extensive experience of public policy and campaigns work, will understand how Whitehall and Westminster work and have the ability to work on your own initiative to secure tangible improvements in the lives of our beneficiaries. A BSc/BA in a Social Science field, or other relevant vocational field is required.

Campaigns and Policy Support Officer

2 year fixed-term contract.
Full-time.

The Public Affairs and Public policy team are responsible for campaigns and advocacy which has won policy reforms worth millions of pounds for wounded veterans. We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic support officer to help run organise campaigns and events, monitor Parliamentary processes and conduct basic research.

You will need to a good level of general education – A-Level or equivalent through work experience together with demonstrable experience at providing administrative and secretarial support. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal together with a high level of IT Literacy are essential.
