A leading FTSE 100 media company is looking for a Policy Manager to join its well-established public policy team. The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual who understands the broadcasting and communications policy agenda, particularly as it impacts advertising and online gambling, as well as the political environment that shapes it. Someone who has a broad understanding of Parliament, Whitehall, EU institutions and the policy making process. The role is based in London, but will require occasional travel to Brussels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following sectors: broadcasting/online/gambling/advertising/new media/telecoms and have a strong interest in and understanding of, the way public policy is made. High quality written skills and practical experience in drafting material is an essential along with the ability to work as part of a team and develop and manage initiatives.
