6 months – flexible location & working, London (or Glasgow, Cardiff, Belfast).

The organisation:
A major health campaign.

The role:
To lead a team of 12 with 4 direct reports, to influence the public policy agenda concerning the campaign.
To ensure that policy is analysed and positions are developed to lead to success in this arena.
To oversee successful campaigns with beneficiary involvement and to maximise the actions taken by supporters and the public.

The candidate:
Significant experience working within a policy and campaigning environment in the charity or public sectors
Success in developing and winning campaigns and in developing and analysing policy.
Experience of leading policy and campaigning projects across an organisation with relevant involvement from other teams.
