DURATION
Immediate start through to September 30th with possible extension. Duration is due to the length of the client contract with us. No further events are currently planned beyond October, however this could, and often does change.

THE COMPANY
We offer a full production service consisting of events, film and digital communications.

Our events form part of wider campaigns and may include press launches, events for community groups, conferences and events within schools, all in the UK. We also work around existing events adding support and additional elements in line with our campaign objectives.

THE ROLE
Due to our on-going success we have an opportunity for an experienced Event Manager to join the team and take the lead across a broad range of projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery.

This role is broad and covers;

• Understand the initial brief and strategic objectives
• Being the central point of contact for campaign managers
• Liaising with internal departments (design, production, etc)
• Pre-production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc
• Costing and budget management
• Managing the production team
• On-site management
• Internal and client post-event evaluations
• Developing engaging content to communicate with the audience

The ideal candidate should have event management experience with a good understanding of event production, be a strong logistical co-ordinator, be it the pre-event planning, on the day running order management, as well as juggling the event calendar and budget.

Many events are small and have short lead times of one week, therefore fast turnaround experience is a high priority. This is a role that is focused mainly on detailed logistics, speed and volume.
