The Programme Administrator is the first point of contact for Project Oracle. The Programme Administrator has three primary roles; managing the operational side of the project including HR, Finance, and back office functions; assisting the team in a support capacity on event coordination and programme wide activities; and supporting the Programme Manager and Director as an executive assistant.

The Programme Administrator works alongside the Programme Manager and in coordination with the Research Placement Manager who is engaging and setting strategy for academic involvement, the Manager of Training and Validation who engages and sets the strategic direction for our work with providers, as well as the Evidence Manager who works to engage Commissioners and to create practical and useful sources of evidence feeding the Project Oracle Evidence Hub. All of the roles in Project Oracle have a significant amount of overlap and a high level of collaboration is required.
