Project Oracle is seeking a full-time Temporary Administration Assistant to start immediately for a 6-8 week assignment. The role will be based in The Impact Hub Westminster, with some work out of the London Metropolitan University.
The Administrator is the first point of contact for Project Oracle and you will be covering three primary roles; managing the operational side of the project including HR, Finance, and back office functions; assisting the team in a support capacity on event coordination and programme wide activities; and supporting the Programme Manager and Director as an executive assistant.
We are looking for someone who has the following experience:
Past work in an administrative role/with related responsibilities, experience of managing competing priorities effectively, excellent communication skills, advanced IT skills including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel, with working knowledge of all packages, an ability to work with databases, comfortable using Salesforce, strong team player, enthusiasm/can-do approach, highly organized,good interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with staff and managers at all levels, within Project Oracle and externally, ability and commitment to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and a readiness to take responsibility to adapt to meeting the changing needs and structure of the programme.
