Westminster Search are working with a leading name within the London political and communications scene who, through strategic development of their business, are now searching for a Research Manager.
This opportunity will appeal to candidates who want a research intensive position within a consultancy that excels at providing an excellent working environment, personal development and superb client work.
As Research Manager you will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a leading intelligence service.
You will be responsible for the following key deliverables:
- Monitoring and distilling key intelligence for this consultancy's clients. This will mean taking day-to-day responsibility covering London centric organisations such as TfL, MOPAC, LFEPA, LLDC and London & Partners.
- Providing Intelligence and Analysis to clients on London issues across politics, healthcare, transport, planning and property issues.
- Provide effective maintaince and development of the internal intelligence systems.
- Liaise closely with the social media team so that research can be turned into interesting social marketing and communications pieces.
- Manage the work and deliverables of a research assistant.
- Supporting senior members of the team to grow, develop and maintain business through marketing and strategic research.
- Work closely with the internal team to produce a range of marketing materials that focus on the development of London centred publications.

- Excellent research skills.
- The ability to turn complex and highly technical issues into readable and usable information that clients can make decisions upon.
- Superb relationship building skills across local, regional and national government.
