This is an exciting role to become an integral part of the specialist interim recruitment team at Ellwood Atfield, reporting into the Head of Practice and supporting on general administration and the execution of interim recruitment processes. 

Key duties

• Candidate Registration Process
• General office administration – including wider administrative support for the company by providing telephone and email cover, arranging client and candidate meetings and diary management
• Database management - supporting the management of the database. Updating information on candidates, clients and market knowledge. Adding new contacts and relevant data
• Candidate management – supporting on scheduling interviews, candidate correspondence and the formatting of CVs
• Compliance support – including reference checking, the collation of recruitment on-boarding documents and review of client and candidate contracts
• Producing client ready documentation 
• Gradual recruitment responsibilities for junior level interim roles (training will form part of the role once the administrative processes are embedded and functioning smoothly)

Required skills & experience

• Must have a degree or equivalent academic qualification
• Proven office administration experience
• Well organised, structured and disciplined
• Excellent telephone manner
• Have high standards and an exacting attention to detail
• Ability to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously
• Proactive, energetic, enjoy being busy and working under pressure
• Interest and ease in engaging people at all levels of seniority, in conversation
• Excellent writing, spelling and grammar skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
• Can work in an often busy sales environment
• Professional and corporate approach to work
• Able to use initiative and learn quickly
• A team player with good interpersonal skills, able to work with all Ellwood Atfield staff in a friendly and supportive manner
