Dods is a successful B2B political company known for providing political intelligence, magazines, events and training for the public sector (both UK and international) and public affairs industry. Well-grounded and established, they are looking to bring on a Digital Sales Manager to be the driving force behind PoliticsHome.

As Digital Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategies that support the company’s digital revenue initiatives: selling display advertising and stakeholder engagement packages that meet clients’ needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue
• Meeting and building relationships with prospective target companies with a view to achieve beyond and above revenue targets
• Building awareness through the generation of new business
• Researching, identifying, and targeting new markets, and within them targeting clients/key decision-makers

Skills and Experience needed:

• Proven experience in digital sales
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Confident selling via telephone and face to face at all levels, including board level
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to generate new and exclusive business
• A degree in politics is advantageous but not essential
• An interest in current affairs
• Excellent administration skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
