The Liberal Democrats are recruiting an International Projects Officer. This post is a challenging role that blends both national and international party political work into one job. It is an ideal position for someone interested in pursuing or and continuing a career in diplomacy, international development or politics and who enjoys travel while being based in London.

Key requirements include:

- Graduate or post-graduate study in Political Science, International Relations, Human Rights, Economics or related field.
- Solid understanding of political systems and proficiency in party political development and or international democracy.
- 1-3 year experience of working within a political environment (this can include party politics, cross party, lobbying, NGO, human rights or related field).
- Strong communication skills and experience in relationship development.
