We are looking for motivated and ambitious interns to join the 3FF team in a number of roles. If you are passionate about interfaith and intercultural activity, then we have the right opportunity for you.

3FF is one of the UK’s leading intercultural organisations, working towards a fair and integrated society where people of different faiths, beliefs and cultures have positive and meaningful relations. We work with over 100 partner organisations nationally and internationally. We have 16 years’ experience and directly reach over 10,000 people a year. We work with teachers and students, artists and business professionals, political leaders in parliament and upcoming leaders still at university.

The internships offer a broad variety of tasks, and will provide the successful candidates with an excellent grounding in the charity sector, as well as hands-on experience of working in the intercultural field. The 3FF internship programme is designed to equip interns with practical and transferable skills, allowing them to develop personally and professionally and enhance their employability.

These voluntary roles are for 3-6 months, 3 days a week, starting on 23 September 2014, in our Kentish Town office.

Requirements:

  • An interest in and passion for intercultural and interfaith dialogue
  • A positive, sensitive and inclusive approach
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to engage with a diversity of views
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent organisational skills, confidence doing office work and solid computer skills
