The On Purpose Associate Programme is a 1 year programme that combines paid work with professional development.
At On Purpose, we believe that business should be used to create a better society and a healthier planet. We therefore help professionals who want to use their talent and experience to lead this change.
Participants:
•are paid to work in placements at organisations such as Virgin Unite, Big Society Capital, JustGiving, UnLtd and Social Enterprise UK
•receive weekly training from professionals at leading organisations in the commercial and social sector, for example, McKinsey, the Design Council, the Cabinet Office, Ogilvy and the Big Issue
•learn from your peers, experienced mentors and executive coaches
•become part of a supportive network of emerging social enterprise leaders
Our alumni are a strong network of emerging leaders, and 90% are now working in social enterprise.
Associates work in their placements 4.5 days a week and spend Friday afternoon at training.
