We are now recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our busy team in London. The role will report into the Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for working with agencies to create and amend marketing materials, writing news stories and producing content for our website. You will also assist with organising print runs, supporting at events, press campaigns and research.

You will also:

  • Collate information and contact potential case studies for use in the media
  • Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines both in language and design
  • Create and run social media campaigns to achieve targeted results
  • Arrange and attend photo shoots with customers and staff
  • Perform everyday administration tasks
  • Amend artwork and complete basic design tasks (training available)

This is a fantastic opportunity for any individual who has a genuine interest in working in a Marketing and Communications Department and will provide you with added experience whilst working in a busy environment with a reputable company.

Key Criteria which we will look for:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracyFamiliar with MS office (among others) and social media
  • Good time management skills
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to learn fast
  • The ability to write for different audiences

Desirable criteria:

  • Previous experience of working in a Marketing/Communications team.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
