Contract to end of 2014 – 3 or 4 days per week
The organisation:
A health campaign
The role:
To provide some administrative support to colleague within the team and to maintain efficient and effective office systems.
To arrange meetings for manager of the campaign and help co-ordinate conferences and events. And to help produce and distribute communications to local campaigners and other stakeholers.
To co-ordinate others vital to the work of the campaign including office volunteers and external translators.
The candidate:
Proven experience in administrative work including typing speed of 40+ words per minute & taking of minutes
Excellent interpersonal skills and focussed on providing good customer service. With experience of working in a team successfully. Confident and with experience of maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and others customers
First rate organisational abilities and skills and willing to travel around Wales from time-to-time.
