This is a fantastic new opportunity for a digital communications professional within a driven, enthusiastic and creative team in the Money Advice Trust (the Trust). We believe that debt can happen to any individual or small business owner and that our free, independent, expert debt advice can help people find a way out. We’ve made a big investment in our online services and have plans to do more; this role will be key to ensuring that anyone who is in debt can access our support.

The role will:

- develop and lead on our digital communications plan as part of our overall communications strategy create engaging and user-friendly new content for our websites, e-newsletters and social media platforms

- develop online campaigns to inform people about the free, expert debt advice we provide

Our digital communications officer will be passionate about how we can use digital tools and data to support people who are struggling financially. Working within a small, motivated team, and with a much wider network of expert colleagues, they will be adept at working collaboratively and keen to share their enthusiasm for technology with others.
