Dialogue by Design (www.dialoguebydesign.co.uk is a specialist consultancy working at the leading edge of consultation and engagement. We provide strategic and practical support to our clients to help them engage effectively with stakeholders and/or members of the public, using a range of approaches, including online and face-to-face.

We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting Project Managers on complex or sensitive projects.

Project delivery

Working closely with project managers and senior project managers to support the effective delivery of consultation and engagement processes:

• Online and paper-based consultations:
  - Supporting the setup and running of user friendly and accessible online consultations
  - Supporting analysis and reporting on large amounts of qualitative data submitted during consultation and engagement processes
• Face-to-face projects:
  - Supporting the administration of meetings and events
  - Overseeing the preparation of the transcript reports
  - Occasionally helping in support facilitation small groups

General activity

• Supporting project managers and senior project managers on a number of projects and proposals. This will include:
  - Working closely with other team members
  - Providing efficient and high quality coordination and administration of projects/proposals
  - Helping with more general business development activities
