The role:

To lead on developing and managing the delivery of campaigns and policy strategy.
To mobilise and grow a network of campaigners and activists both on and off line across Scotland.
To monitor policy and political developments, to prepare responses to consultations and to produce policy reports and briefings for external use.

The candidate

Significant public campaigns and policy experience within the context of the Scottish and UK political system.
Experience of strategic planning and project management with the aim of achieving change.
An excellent communicator, ideally with staff management skills and a proven ability to build strong working relationships internally within the organisation and externally.
