RNIB is passionate about improving eye health and preventing avoidable sight loss. We seek radical change in policies and service provision across health and social care.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice to shape our policy development and campaigns. You will lead our work to secure access to new treatments, produce evidence based reports, keep abreast of the latest evidence in eye care research and represent RNIB at high profile meetings. Your work will help RNIB achieve successful outcomes and measurable change.

You will have a strong track record in policy development and influencing, analysing health policies and evidence, experience of writing clear and succinct reports, and have a good understanding of the UK health systems. Crucially, you will share our passion for securing change.
