The Labour Party is looking to recruit a number of Outbound Communications Agents to work in their Head Office based in Newcastle. The successful candidates will interact with supporters and members of the public, responding to their queries to help deliver Labour’s General Election campaign.
Applicants should have an outstanding telephone manner and the commitment to providing a quality service to members and supporters. Call centre experience is not essential and full training will be provided.
Please note this is a part-time role for 12 hours per week.
