Applications are invited for the position of Campaigns Assistant in Hampshire, North London and two roles in South West London.

The successful applicant will be based in Hampshire, North London or South West London.

The key to these roles is flexibility as, even over a short period of time, political and campaigning priorities can change; working hours will of necessity be varied and flexible. These roles are ideally suited to an enthusiastic and ambitious on-the-ground campaigner who enjoys a wide-ranging role. This is a “rolling-up-the-sleeves”, do whatever needs to be done, constituency-based, campaigning role.

As a Campaign Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Managing delivery networks and volunteers
• Layout and printing of direct mail and campaign materials
• Managing online campaigning
• Events management
• Voter contact, both by telephone and on the doorstep
• Volunteer recruitment

The Campaigns Assistant must:

• Be well organised, professional and punctual
• Have strong written and communication skills
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
