Tom Brake is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to assist his casework team and to help Tom communicate his work as an MP using digital communications.

A bespoke training plan would be agreed between Tom and the successful candidate but could be involved in the following:

• Assisting the casework team
• Researching local issues
• Drafting press releases
• Monitoring and analysing Tom's social media presence
• Website development
• Drafting email newsletters

This opportunity would particularly suit someone who is keen to develop skills and experience related to digital communications.

All training will be given as necessary - no previous experience is required. But - we are looking for people with strong writing and ICT skills, who have experience of multi media platforms, creative thinkers, enthusiastic, and supportive of Lib Dem aims and values (membership not necessary.)

Applications from people looking to undertake the role on a flexible basis are particularly welcome. Any placement would be for a maximum of 3 months.
