The College is at the forefront of healthcare policy in the UK and seeks to work collaboratively to advance the specialty of Emergency Medicine to improve the service offered to patients. We have an exciting opportunity to develop and carve out a new role based on supplying the Policy Team and Executive of The College with timely, relevant and insightful analysis of the Emergency Medicine healthcare sector in the UK and Ireland. This will also include developing an understanding of the international context for Emergency Medicine.
As the College has developed and grown we wish to build our internal capabilities to provide cogent briefings on key trends and data in emergency medicine to shape opinion formers thinking in government and the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in that aim, reporting directly to the Policy Manager and working closely with the President and Chief Executive.
A self-starter is required who has experience of developing market and data analysis, who can get to grips with the brief and provide an information asset base to the College.
