PPC, Anna Firth, is looking for a part-time PAID intern during March and April. The job which will be varied and fun, albeit far from glamorous, will start by helping me set up a campaign office in the top of a charming, Victorian Conservative club in Belvedere village, Bexleyheath, SE London – which has only very recently started to admit women!

Other jobs will include: canvassing, photographing visits in the constituency and helping to write constant press releases and news stories for print and digital media, twitter, facebook etc; helping update/manage my website, processing local petitions, helping manage and data capture the mountain of VI data we will be processing, helping run street stalls with volunteers, managing teams of envelope packers, helping to organise fund-raisers, putting up posters and helping find poster sites and more...

Key skills needed: Total commitment to delivering a Conservative victory in May, good sense of humour, enthusiasm, energy, ability to get on with people of all ages and good written and digital campaigning skills - facebook, twitter etc.

Place of work: The Priory Conservative Club, Belvedere, Bexleyheath (approx 35 mins on train from Waterloo East)

Hours of work: 9.30 am – 5.30 pm, Tues/Weds/Thurs during March and April.
