You will need to be great with people, have a flair for communication and be fascinated by understanding human behaviour.

You will need to be an all rounder, working hard and learning fast across a range of areas.

You will be joining a small, creative team that is working on some of the most challenging social issues from obesity and smoking to social isolation and political disengagement.

You will be required to organise and facilitate workshops, design and analyse quantitative and qualitative research; research social policy; and manage projects and teams.

This role is challenging, you will expected to meet that challenge and to join the company in its journey to becoming an employee owned company.
