We have an exciting opportunity for two Volunteer Field Officers to join our campaign and help deliver a successful campaign across the country.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody interested in politics and campaigns, wanting to play a key role in the Labour leadership election.

• Can you help build teams?
• Are you able to identify potential leaders and develop them?
We are opening up our campaign and growing our teams, increasing our capacity and reach to ensure we talk to even more people in this leadership election. Together we will get the campaigns' message out, engage with voters, collect vital data, recruit more volunteers, and then get out the vote.
Volunteer Field Officers will help make this happen, working alongside our campaign co-ordinators across the regions ans nations to empower volunteers to support the campaign.
Responsible to the Field Operations Co-ordinator, the post-holders should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, provide leadership and have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
You will be required to work on:
- Capacity building
- Volunteer mobilisation
- Event organisation
- Liaising with local Labour parties
- Social media
- Policy inquiries
- Administration of an efficient campaign office
- Entry of data
- Other tasks as requested by campaign staff
Please note this role continues until the close of voting in the Labour leadership election.
