The Prison Reform Trust effects change in justice policy and practice combining public education and broadcasting with applied research, parliamentary work and an advice and information service that responds to over 6,000 prisoners and their families each year.

The programme ‘Transforming Lives: Reducing women’s imprisonment’ is a Prison Reform Trust drive supported by a major grant from the Big Lottery Fund, to reduce the number of women who are sent to prison for minor non-violent offences.

The role

We are looking for an exceptional person for the role of programme manager, for a three year full-time contract based in our partner offices in Edinburgh, with some travel. This is a pivotal new position to coordinate and drive the strategy to reduce women’s imprisonment in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
