Job Title: Policy Advisor - Leader of the Opposition's Office

Salary: £33,558.41 with an annual fixed sum allowance of £988

The Labour Party is looking to recruit to the position of Policy Advisor within the Leader of the Opposition's office. The post holder will provide policy research, support and analysis, helping to coordinate and deliver the policy and parliamentary work of the Labour Party Leader, Shadow Cabinet team, and the Executive Director – Policy.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of domestic and foreign policy issues; experience of preparing written and verbal briefings; experience of working with a variety of stakeholders and project management experience.
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 31st May 2016.
