Working with the regional Field Directors, Field Organisers will be accountable for the delivery of grassroots campaign activity, volunteer recruitment and stakeholder engagement in this region. Field Organisers will work as part of the Field Operations Team to develop and deliver all of the campaign’s strategic objectives within their area. The successful applicant will also be responsible for motivating a team of volunteers.

Essential Experience
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns at a national, regional or local level
• Leading and motivating a team of professionals or volunteers
• Building relationships with key stakeholders from a range of different organisations
• Ability to build relationships with local and regional media outlets
• A full, clean driving license

Desirable experience
• Experience of a modern on-the-ground campaign techniques
• Development and delivery of training programmes for staff or volunteers
• Budgetary and resource planning
• Event management
