Prospect is a trade union representing over 112,000 professionals across a range of industrial sectors and regulated environments, including public services, energy, transport, telecoms and defence. We are looking for someone to join our busy Research team at Prospect House in London.
Applicants should have good analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively to a range of audiences.
The successful applicant will be expected to develop policy expertise in one or more of these areas, seeking opportunities to promote Prospect to a wider audience as well as contributing to the work of the research team, including on pay and conditions. A good degree in a relevant subject and/or proven experience of providing advice for practical application is essential. Applicants should also be IT proficient.
