Job Details
Are you interested in politics and current affairs? Do you feel that you have something unique or interesting to say and want to be heard? Do you have a few spare minutes in the day, that you could spend more productively? If the answer is yes, then writing for the Orator might be suited to you. Contributing is in a flexible voluntary capacity and involves no commitments whatsoever.
The Orator is a new, up and coming online current affairs magazine. Established in July 2015, we primarily cover UK politics and foreign affairs. We are a non-profit, non-commercial publication, with many of our writers being students and recent graduates. We seek to not only inform and present new perspectives and opinions to our audience, but to also spark debate on important ongoing issues. We represent a wide range of moderate views; many of our writers are active members of the Labour Party, Conservative Party and Liberal Democrats – however, collectively the site has no single political affiliation.
