An exciting opportunity has arisen at CoVi, the first visual and crowdsourced think tank.

Since our launch in 2014 we have developed a sound reputation on our work relating to finance, employment and the wider economy (falling within our "Common Work" and "Common Money" strategic programmes) and are now recruiting an experienced Research Lead to shape the future direction and delivery of this work.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Identifying opportunities to research and promote new ideas in line with CoVi’s strategic programmes, particularly Common Work and Common Money
• Designing and project managing timely and good quality research projects
• Overseeing related events, administrative and communications tasks as needed
• Building sponsorship opportunities and managing lasting relationships with potential partners, clients and stakeholders
• Line managing junior staff, sharing your knowledge and insights, and helping to support an enjoyable working atmosphere

RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 2-3 years' demonstrable experience working in a research role
• A proven subject interest in economy, employment and finance
• A creative approach to policy formation and research
• A sound grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Excellent project management skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
